The user has to then enter the verification code and display a confirmation message. This is a one time verification and login process.

The purpose of the app is to register complaints and verify certificates and documents issued by the concerned Cantonment Board. The app is made available for official use and anyone wishing to check the certificate or register a complaint. The app will require access to the camera for the scanning the QR Code of the certificate or document and an internet connection for validating the certificate authenticity from the ML&C's database.
Each category has a title field, description field and and two options for uploading images from gallery and taking a new picture with the camera. The user can check the status of the complaint from the issued complaint ID and a dashboard in the app. A SMS will be sent to the user on registering the app, receiving a complaint and the resolution of the complaint.
